FHE Rotation

Jared and I have decided to rotate through different types of FHE lessons each month, so if you're following this blog, you will start to see the pattern.

The four lesson types are

Scripture Story
Gospel Principle
Preach My Gospel
Family/Church History

There's no certain order to which we do each week so long as we cover each subject each month. We plan out the lessons a month in advance. It's worked well for us because by planning, we then get to both be a part and have input on what we feel is important for our family to learn. Because FHE is carried out on Monday night when Jared is away traveling, it makes it so nice that he gets to at least be a part of the planning process. Often, I have him call at a certain point in our lesson so he can tell a story, or bear testimony, or even just ask Canden what he learned.
